We understand that arriving at a doctors office for the first time can be nerve racking. Filling out paperwork, learning  new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be more stressful when you are injured or in pain.

That's why at HealthPro Alaska, LLC our aim is to make you feel comfortable and remove anything causing unnecessary tension. In this area of the website you will find guidance to starting care and be able to download a New Patient History Form so that you can complete it in the comfort of your own home, prior to arriving at our office.
